Yes. GHC has been in business since 2001. Our core business is installation, replacement, repair and maintenance of commercial and residential HVAC systems. We can meet all of your HVAC needs.

We know how stressful having an emergency can be and we aim to provide you with a quick, seamless and stress free experience. We are very transparent with our pricing policy and have always prided ourselves on honesty.

With that in mind we charge a $300 Emergency Call Out fee if you require us to come out after hours (after 5pm) or on weekends.

We cover the Tri-state Area which includes ( New York, New Jersey & Pennsylvania).

We offer a variety of maintenance plans for all of your HVAC needs. Everything from basic annual checks to parts coverage to duct cleanings. They may start from as low as $200 annually and can go up from there depending on your needs.

Yes, we are known for not only our thorough work but our thorough clean up. That is something you can definitely count on.

We are not only an installation HVAC company, we also deal with a multitude of repairs and are qualified to tackle any repair you may need.

Our basic call out fee is $150 for all non emergency service visits. This fee is normally for us to do a Diagnostic Service visit during our regular operating hours.

Duct Cleaning

A standard duct cleaning includes: a thorough brushing and sweeping of all of the return and supply duct, sweeping and brushing of each individual supply and return branch, cleaning of the equipment cabinet, cleaning of the blower wheel(without removal), installation of duct door and/or collars for future duct cleaning, filters replaced (1” standard only), diffusers wiped of any duct accumulation and spraying of deodorizer and disinfectant.

Yes, however there are limitations to the reach of the system. In most cases 100% of the duct will be brushed clean. In some cases this may be impossible as duct may be hidden behind a wall more than 40 linear feet away. In any case, at least 98% of the duct will be cleaned.

Yes. If you are an existing GHC customer you already know that we do not hunt for “extras”. The price quoted is what you’ll pay. We do not quote a low price then rely on charging extras to make up for it. No “foot-in-the-door” pricing. If you are a new GHC customer we think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

No. Our 5000 CFM vacuum uses a double HEPA filtering system to keep dust out of the air stream. All of our brushes and equipment are cleaned between uses. The brushes are soaked in an alcohol solution for cleaning. Any other dust and debris will be swept or vacuumed at the end of the job.

No. There may be minor paint touch ups if the screws on the registers are painted. Otherwise there will be no damage.
